Power cycle

  • If you encounter problems with phone calls that are dropping, you might want to “power cycle” your moto g 5g plus.
  • Power cycling will reboot your device and re-establish a connection with your mobile network.
  • Choose Next for instructions.
  • To turn off the moto g 5g plus, press and hold the power button on the side of the device.
  • Choose Power off.
  • The moto g 5g plus has been turned off.
  • To turn on the moto g 5g plus, press and hold the power button on the side of the device.
  • If this screen appears, enter the PIN code and choose the arrow symbol at the bottom right.
  • If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
  • If this screen appears, swipe your finger over the screen to unlock it.
  • If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
  • The moto g 5g plus has been turned on.
